This may be the most valuable single book in my medical reference collection.Although the Drug Facts and Comparisons product of similar size is also very good, the Tarascon book is very concise and affordable, and Epocrates online is free (and reasonably detailed), this remains my first choice after many years of medical practice.As life continues to offer lessons in the fallibility of my opinions, it's very good to be able to rely on this solid reference.

Dear all, is clear for generic, brand names, indications, drug interactions, adverse reactions,contraindications, pharmokinitics, storage,stability, preparation for administration, preganancy issues, dosages from infant to adult for every disease entity.The appendices at the end are incredible!. Apache II scoring, BSA calculation table, MEQ, Miliomle conversions,etc, etc., great! What can I say is very thorough and excellent for practice at any level!

My advanced pharmacology teacher highly recommended Lexicomp app for our class and clinicals. I am more of a book person, and this book seems to be a really good reference for pharmacology.

Apart from being heavy, everything is perfect. Like the colour for easier search. Hope next version has more colors on subtitles.Very useful for quick references with most of the info you need to check a script.
