Love this keyboard was skeptical at first with it being new but it did not disappoint. Easy to work and easy to set up. Sound quality is top of the line!

Buyer Beware - DSP Issue, Early Failure, Limited Warranty
My Nord Piano 5 failed about a year and a half after purchase due to a "DSP 2 Comm Error". Unfortunately, there was no information online as to what caused this, Nord did not respond to my request for help, and the vendor I purchased my Nord from was not familiar with the error (but was quick to remind me that the warranty on the keyboard was only for 1 year). While I'm sure I'll eventually be able to find a tech to help on my own, this wasn't the experience I was hoping for when I spent a few thousand dollars on this keyboard. Honestly, the Piano 5 played and sounded great. But there are a lot of other keyboards that play and sound great at a significantly cheaper price point and the next time I purchase a keyboard (might be sooner rather than later) I'll be looking elsewhere.
