Great probiotic
Very happy with this probiotic. I had been using one for another company that worked excellent and of course they stopped making them. After reading numerous reviews on this one, I decided to give it a try and so glad I did. It costs less than my previous option and they work extremely well.

Do not eat junk food with this..
I've been using this product for the past 2 weeks now and it has improved the quality and texture of my stools with a balanced diet and exercise 5 days a week. However, on the weekends over the past couple weeks I ordered takeout and it completely destroyed my stomach. I had some of the WORST stomach cramps and diarrhea of my life.This might be common sense, but bottom line: I highly recommend eating clean when taking this product.I didn't think that it would affect me that much eating a couple bad meals. I was dreadfully wrong.

I didn't notice any difference in how I felt, but I only took one bottle. I'm sure it takes more than one bottle to notice a difference.
