Worked Instantly - Great Pressure, Just Bigger Than I Thought
I received the Waterpik Cordless Pearl water flosser and it worked right out of the box; no fuss with charging or setup, just filled it with water, and it was ready to go. The water pressure felt just as described: strong enough to get the job done without feeling too intense. Two surprises stood out: first, the two pressure settings (low and high) weren’t drastically different. Both felt relatively similar, so don’t expect night-and-day contrast between them. Second, the unit turned out to be larger than I expected based on photos or descriptions. It feels a bit bulkier in hand, which might affect portability or storage space. Overall, though, it's a reliable, effective flosser that starts performing immediately, offers good pressure control, but is a bit larger than anticipated.

Love that this water pick is battery powered, and swivel head
Works excellent, I appreciate that the head rotates , however I believe the water pick unit with the small hose and larger reservoir would be more efficient so to the ease to direct the jet stream precisely where you want it. This particular unit has two settings, which is relatively easy and convenient to use. The reservoir hold enough water to efficiently floss half of the teeth, so I usually fill it up twice to complete my cleaning. These water picks will definitely improve your oral health if used daily. My wife now takes one to work to use after lunch, very convenient

Perfect Simple Water Flosser for 80+yo Mom.
do you have to fill it multiple times? yes. likely 2 - 4 times. does it do what it is designed to do? yes! does using a water flosser make a difference? i'm no dentist, i got it for my aging mother with dental concerns. This helps her with effective gum care between her regular dental appointments. for her there was a learning curve - coordination can change as people age. do i wish there were an even simpler design? i do - maybe one with large primary color buttons and easier to dry. would I buy this very one again? heck ya!!!

Works well
Still working well after half year. Right amount of pressure that gets things done without hurting the gum. Long usage time after one charge. No mold appearing yet. I do drained the water every time and wipe the outside. Still looks like new.

Great flosser but out dated electronics
This is my second waterpick from the company that started it all. The first one was discarded after it could barely hold a charge. It worked well and I was told by my hygienist that my teeth has less build up. I tried third party versions and now just bought this one. While they all work for cleaning teeth, the Waterpik version is much better built all around, thus partially justifying the higher cost. I like the design of the ON/OFF button that it is easier than the competitors to find the switch by feel and turn it on and off by one hand. The third party versions usually requires pressing a button that is recessed which can be hard to find and press. While this has only two power settings, the "High" setting is just right. Anything with more powers can be dangerous in my opinion if the jet is accidentally pointed at a sensitive part of the face (or the eyes). So why not 5-star? It is the electronics which in many way looks like the old one I bought more than 5 years ago. In this time and day, a rechargeable unit that does not tell us how much juice remains and communicate its charging status when being plugged in is simply not acceptable at this price point in 2022. This unit also does not use Li-batteries and I do not know how long one charge can last. My third party versions tend to use Li-batteries that can be charged quickly, and easily hold the charge for well over 2-weeks when used once daily. Finally the charging on this unit is not wireless and there is no cover for the Charging port. For the latter one worries whether minerals deposit over time can impair charging efficiency. Update: I finally returned it. The battery technology is so behind the curve and it impacted how one can satisfactorily use this product. One full charge does not seem to last two weeks, and there is no way of knowing when the power is low. When the power is out, you cannot use it while plugged in so you have to skip the cleaning. While it is being charged, you don't know when it is full, and the charging is very slowly that can take more than over night, depending on how low the battery is. I estimate if the battery is completely depleted, which is case most of the time it needs charging because you only learn about this when it stops working, it can take a whole day to fully charge, if not, it won't last a week. This is the same issue I ran into with the first generation of Waterpik more than 4 years ago, and it hasn't been fixed. I am taking down one star.

Great Buy!
This portable Waterpik is just what the doctor ordered. It is very convenient for traveling and gives just enough power to truly get the job done. I was truly surprised with the amount of extra cleaning and debris removal it gave even after I thought I had done a great job using my toothbrush and dental floss myself. Love it!!

Good for travel
This is great for travel. It is a bit weaker than our corded one, but does the job on the go. The only other negative is that the tank is difficult to fill all the way up in most bathroom sinks so you have to refill during use several times. Also, I wish it came with a hard case to carry the piks.
