I just got the product a half hour ago, and of course I had to try it. I measured out one scoop into a glass of orange juice. It's a fine powder and a little fell on the table. I pressed my finger into it and tasted it. It tastes like powdered sugar, but maybe ever so slightly less sweet. It dissolved easily, and I couldn't taste it. Maybe my juice was a little sweeter, but I wouldn't have known it was in there if someone else served it to me. I will update if anything spectacular happens from taking it.

*****New update Feb 13 2019 So for the first time in history EVER (for me) my cycle fell within what is considered "normal" length and is 27 days. It only took one cycle of this for this stuff to shorten my irregular cycles that ranged on average 46 days - 110days down to 27 days. Could it be a fluke? Maybe? But I want to believe its from taking these suppliments. Even though I didnt get pregnant this cycle (I honestly wasnt expecting to ovulate let alone have a normal cycle length, so our BD timing was off), I have new hope. Call me optimistic, but Im loving my new results anyway. Lets hope this new "normal" continues and I can be back to update with my first time ever positive pregnancy test after 10 years of TTC. *UPDATE: Jan 17th 2019 - I STARTED AF. YAY!!! I recieved my order Jan 9th and started taking it immediately. Today is January 17th. I spotted for 2 days and yesterday began my period. Exactly 7 days into taking this. Wow!!! I'm thrilled. I just received this order today, so I cannot give a review on how this works for me. But, I will update this when I begin to see results. Each dose/serving is 2000mg, taken once daily. It's a total of 255 day supply. It comes with a premeasured scoop which is awesome. I also ordered D-CHIRO-INOSITOL to take with this from the same brand and company. Its said that for PCOS, its recommended a 40:1 ratio (Myo :40 and D-Chirp :1) between the two. That would be one scoop (2000mg) of this MYO and 50mg (one tablet) of D-Chiro-Inositol daily. Easy. My items arrived on time and was packaged perfectly. No damage. No complaints. So far so good. A little history: I was diagnosed with pcos and have been trying to concieve our first child for 10 years. 10 YEARS!!!! I have gone to a fertility specialist, have taken metformin, Clomid, Femara and done 3 rounds of IUI without success. I chart, take my BBT, tried many suppliments, spent thousands of dollars, and experienced a tremendous amount of heartache. I try to stay fairly active, but, even that, I'm just on the cusp of being considered overweight, and I struggle to maintain and keep weight off no matter what I do (just like most women with pcos) My hormones are crazy out of whack. My menstrual cycles are so irregular. Currently I'm on CD 46, I have not ovulated and probably won't. I may ovulate (if I'm lucky) 3-4 times a year. I bought this product for the numerous small studies that show between 12 and 18 g a day improves both anxiety and depression. This product is a full pound, so it’s much much cheaper than the capsules, but you have to split the 12g dose or else you will get an upset stomach after taking it despite the fact that has a very pleasant and nearly sweet taste. The surprise was that after I took it I developed a headache, typical of a low blood sugar. I checked my sugar and it was 85, the lowest it’s been and over two years since I became a type two diabetic. I was on three metformin a day, and now I am on 1 a day just two days later. There’s medical literatirr literature showing that it improves the insulin resistance. that leads to type two diabetes, as well as polycystic ovary syndrome, so it was not a total surprise, but the degree in which it worked certainly was. I recommend this product for any type two diabetic and I also recommend it for anyone with anxiety and depression, who either hates the idea of taking medication or who is resistant to medication‘s. it is not only harmless, but good for many parts of the body as it is the universal to cellular membrane function and signalling. my theory is that the reason a large scale studies have not been done is because they are incredibly expensive and generally only done by a pharmaceutical company that wants FDA approval for their product. Since supplements are already widely available, pharmaceutical companies have no interest, and, if anything, 10 to put down, nutritional supplements, probably for this reason. That’s just my take. Enjoy. I would definitely try it if you have any of the above conditions.

This product came as described. It is taste less. Has a neutral smell. Ingredients are pure. But didn’t notice much of a difference in my health taking them. Good quality though.

This is not a 6 month supply, this is a 4 month supply. This is the second one I buy and they only last 4 months.

I've been using this daily for a few months. I'm so happy with it that I'm about to order my second container. It's really good value for the price, the container has so much more product in it than buying capsules at the same price, and I don't like taking pills, so this works great. I just add it to my coffee in the morning, and take with water right before bed. This has improved my: moods, dark hairs, energy, focus, and it's hard to be sure but possibly also my periods. I think it's also helping my skin, but that fluctuates throughout the month, plus I didn't take a "before" photo to compare! If you have PCOS, or symptoms of it, try this - chances are good that it'll help.
