Brookstone Play Sand with Sandbox

I originally purchased some Brookstone Sånd back in 2014 at the encouragement of my daughters occupational therapist. It was an extremely well loved activity for every member of our household. It lasted for seven years (and could have lasted twice as long) until my toddler son put the sånd outside “where it belonged”.While looking for Christmas gifts I was so excited to come across Brookstone sånd on Amazon and quickly ordered two as gifts. And wow. Bad wow. This looks like some cheap gimmick you would find at five below.First, I would like to note that this ships in its original packaging. And the sticker DOES NOT come off. This makes the item “ungiftable”.With our original sånd, the kinetic sand came in an amazing storage container with a screw lid. This kit comes in a poorly packaged ziplock bag. The sånd is also skimpy.The “wooden” shapes are splintering, soft wood that are honestly complete garbage.The ONLY positives are that the wooden box is really sturdy and solid, and the sånd itself is still soft and the (ugly) blue color does not come off on your handsBut honestly, do not waste your money on this product. Do not buy this.
