German creams tend to also have less than the American counterparts when it comes to chemicals in them, which I think is the reason my hands have healed. The only downside to this is the cost as on desertcart you pay a heft $ 12.95 for it, whereas in Germany, where I bought a few dozen, the cream is only 1.99 Euros, which is a little over 2 bucks. But, unless you able to visit Germany, the price is still worth it, for it really works very well.

Great cream
