Perfect for my needs

Just the right length to stop our oak doors with traditional latches hitting the skirting boards. Any shorter and the latch would hit the wall. So, perfect.

Needed to replace a door stop, which is I guess the only reason you would buy one of these.They are very well made and feel high quality. Was very pleased with how well they fit and they look good.Hard to get excited about door stops but they are doing exactly what they are supposed to and doing it well

Superficially this is a good piece of kit. All fits together well and one screw to install.Where it lets itself down is that the rubber head is both small ,and a bit too hard. So - clunk when the door hits it.My solution to the problem was to add a tap washer between the base plate and the wall with the fixing screw going through the centre of the washer. That adds some additional cushioning and makes it "feel" much better. It also means that there is no hard edge to dig into the wall. The added washer is hardly visible.
