Excellent Product But No Replacement Filters !!
Excellent Product ... feel like we are wearing no mask. But no replacement filter which means after 40 hrs of usage / 2 weeks you are simply stranded. Have contacted Philips customer care & done everything possible to get a replacement but failed miserably. Manufacturer lacks basic business sense. Such a wonderful product so WASTED due to unavailability of replacement filters.

I love this product
A lot of you think it’s a fancy covid protection mask but the truth is this mask is for protection against polluted air and industrial pollutants . The part where fan connect to the inside filter is very thin and not an ideal choice for obstructing COVID virus.In order to solve this problem, I would advice to wear an additional mask underneath this mask to get a better protection. This is the best face mask I have ever boughtOverall the experience is good and I love the fan ventilation specially on a hot day. It’s like your own personal face fan to keep your lower half of the face cool

Good but no replacement filter
The product works as well as advertised by Philips .Battery lasts 3 hours or so , but even without the fan the mask is as comfortable as a normal one .My wife and I bought one each on the 21st of August , but lying unused since the 30th of Aug as Philips India are yet to start selling replacement filters

Complete Lack of Customer Support
Good Product but Very Expensive , zero customer support , no replacement part available... Philips needs to focus on spares and parts also.... Horrible customer support of Philips

Ultimate Protection
This is an extremely comfortable well protected mask which no one had thought before... The battery charged fan in this Good looking Gracious Mask helped decrease humidity and did not let me feel uncomfortable and suffocated even if the mask was worn for long hours. Due to this quality it does not fog my specs also . i could wear it continuously and didn't have the urge to take out after some time and wear again. There was no sweating too around the nose area...This is an Ultimate Protection and should be a must buy for all the health conscious people. I feel more Brands should think about this kind of innovative product.

The best till date
A mask with a fan built-in.Yes you read it right, This mask by @philipsindia has a fan built-in to make you breathe comfortably while wearing the mask. It makes sure the ventilation and air circulation should be good so that you don't feel suffocated even when you are doing tough physical activities while wearing the mask, like climbing the stairs or even a Mountain.It comes with a plenty paged user manual, charging cable, warranty papers, and a filter mask to put under the washable cover(the fan is removable, don't wash the fan please 😅)These filter masks needs to replaced, you can buy that from @amazondotinIt costs around 3-3.5kHalf the price of the total mask.The outer cover has a small round button on the left side of the mask to turn the fan on, it also has 3 speeds.
