Q: Can the 3 inch x 2inch fit 3 1/2 inch items

Not sure what you mean by 3.5 inch items? The bands have a 6 inch circumference and hardly stretch so if the item is 3.5 inches in circumference these are to big, but if the item is 7 inches in circumference they will work. We make 3x2, 4x2, 5x2, 8x2 grip bands and a ton of other sizes just search Grifiti Band Joes.

These one's hardly stretch, only to 1.5x so 12 inches flat. We can send same color mixes if you order on the link for fulfilled by Grifiti. We only send assorted packs to Amazon fulfillment . Grifiti makes a ton of Band Joes silicone bands in a ton of sizes so you can look for another size if this doesn't work.
