Water splashed outside pool
The water initially splashed outside the pool. But by gently rolling the edges inward the problem was solved. Our little granddaughter loved it!

Poor production quality
The images clearly show the water being directed onto the pad. In reality, the water sprays outside the pad. The kids still had fun but it's quite a waste to have the water on the ground instead of in the "pool".

Disappointed Grandchildren!
This splash pad split open immediately upon filling tube with water. Also, the sprinklers are turned outward, so they water the area surrounding the pad - not as shown in their illustrations on Amazon. My 6 yo grandson looked at me with tears in his eyes - it was 100 degrees outside and he was looking forward to playing in this and enjoying some summer weather. He was very disappointed! I do not recommend, unless you enjoy seeing children disappointed. Returning to Amazon for full refund. I will not buy this company's products again.

That you will replace the splash & play as ordered.
Not durable. Second time use, the splash pad ripped apart.????). Please send another one to the address I requested in College Station, TX.My grandchildren were very disappointed & quite upset. Hope the new one will hold up.

Poor design
The way this is designed it directs all of the water outside the pool rather than in. I have had 3 other splash pads and all worked correctly

Poor quality
This was inflated and hose attached and it blew a hole in the ring. Very disappointed grandkids

Would not spray correctly - and nozzle leaked bad!
Very poorly made, nozzle leaked and would only spray to outside . Like the hole were placed incorrectly
