As of 12-14-2024 I totally revise my previous 4 star rating to a poor 1 star.
After purchase in March of 2024 and dealing with the seller on questions I wrote a 4 star review. As of August 2024 one of the heads burned out with my minimal use and I attempted a resolution with the seller. She forwarded me to contact the manufacturer who NEVER responded to my concern at all. I wrote the seller "Magnetoe" back again the first of Dec. 2024 telling her of the lack of resolution and she again forwarded me to the manufacturer. This is total run-around. There is NO resolution. I rate this a very poor experience. Seller does not stand by product.

Good Machine
I have used a $2500 SoundWave Machine for 4 years, and this one provides the same results as the much more expensive one. The mechanics makes these machines loud, but this one is quieter than the other.I do not like that it doesn't give you total pulses for delivered, so it's difficulty to keep a tally, and I see no contact info for the company the case of warrantee issues. Overall, this machine should work well and is a value if it last a year.
