Chrome Industries Doubletrack Feed Bag - Bicycle Handlebar Pannier Pouch, 1.5 Liter

Bought this to hold my phone and wallet in immediate access while riding and it works. Was getting tired of having to open the Chrome Helix bag to get those items out. The outer water resistant coating squeaks when rubbing on my bike frame on warm days but that is to be expected. Would have two if I was doing longer rides.

Needed something to hold my keys or a drink when out on short trips (long trips are a CamelBak). I switched one of the straps to the other side so they connect at the 9 and 12 o clock positions. This seemed most stable (especially when weighted) and most unobtrusive to my knee when turning. This gives good access to the one hand strap and external slip pocket. The outer pocket is small and won't fit most newer cell phones.

This bicycle bag is very well made and durable. It fits onto a bike well which is most important. The bag is on the small side so it holds minimal stuff. This makes it perfect for shorter bike rides. Just be sure to note the size and if you think that would work for you the bag is of good quality.

This is a cute little bag for biking or just riding anything in general. It’s cute and very small and compatible. It is also very stable on whatever you put it on, doesn’t move at all! When you are biking it doesn’t bother your knees at all too where you can’t bike! I like this product because it really helps when you have a bunch of little things that you need when going biking or riding. It also is made from a really good material! So I would highly recommend this little bag!!

It's a really simple bag executed really well. This pannier is so versatile! It can hold a standard Nalgene bottle, a bottle of Absolute, a camera lens, a compact camera, and what ever else you need to add a little extra space to. It works securely on a bike but I have primarily been using it attached to a Chrome messenger bag instead for easy access of a camera or a water bottle. A lot of the details are not noticeable until you use the bag. For instance, the bag is slightly padded all around the body and bottom for light bumps. The drawstring mechanism works and is usable even with one hand. The bottom is lined with a similar material to the inside of their messenger bags and the outer body is a fairly thick Cordura type material similar to their messenger bags.The strap design is pretty good, but I wish the horizontal strap was a little longer; when is packed full, it was a hard to get onto the bike. The molle style attachments makes it really versatile in how it gets attach to a bag with 9 different loops. The stretch compartments are big enough for a smaller phone or a wallet.I've beat on Chrome bags for almost 2 decades and never had any issue and by the looks of the feed bag, it should provide a lot of years of travel and use.
