HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Frame stopped working and wasn't even a year old yet, DEFECTIVE! Contacted their customer service dept after finally finding their info... they said to ship the product back to them (at my cost) and they'd send a new one out as soon as I provided the tracking #. I shipped and provided the tracking # with 3 follow up emails and they won't respond. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! 🤬

I am not a computer or smartphone expert. I had to have my phone knowledgeable Son-in-law to get this frame system into operation.The instruction booklet for this photo frame system is totally inadequate. The instructions fail in the following areas: 1. Connection codes -- This is very confusing. When I tried to reenter the system and add new photos, the instructions say the code expires after 12 hours. I have to enter a new code. All attempts failed. When entering new codes, a message said the codes were invalid. My Son-in-law later told me I did not have to enter new codes. I was already logged into the system. The instruction book makes no mention of this situation. 2. How to connect to Wi-Fi -- instructions are totally inadequate. There should be step-by-step instructions on connecting to a Wi-Fi router. 3. There are no step-by-step instructions for the following: a. How to edit a photo. b. How to insert photo captions. c. How to set up and add music. d. How to replace a blurred or bad photo and insert it into the original photo's location.Based on the above I would not recommend this product to anyone.

My daughter got a 10" frame for Christmas, her only complaint was she wish it had a bigger screen. I saw this 15" on Prime Day and ordered it for myself. I had a problem with the app. I kept getting an error message, I was going to send it back, but the next day I tried again, and the app worked on both my iPhone and hubby's android. Was easy to send the link to family and I loved when the photos started popping up. Pretty easy to use, but you can't watch videos and photos at the same time, so one day I pick videos and it plays all the videos that were uploaded and the next day I switch to photos. I noticed on newer digital photos some are very clear, but some of my older digital ones are a little grainy. It is very easy to add photos, through the app connected to Wi-Fi or you can plug it into your computer and drag your photos off of that. Also, you can use a usb device or SD card, pretty versatile. In conclusion - it's not the highest quality frame, but it's not the worst either and for the price I am very happy with it.

Frame is easy to use. Touch screen, lots of features, and I love sending photos to my frame from anywhere and at anytime using the app

Frame stopped working after 1 year. Now it just blacks out . Restarting does not help at all. I’ve kept the firmware updated but no longer works. I do not recommend buying the product.

I now have 2 of these. Our old one was much harder to pair to our email, smaller and poorer quality pictures. This is large clear and easy to use!!
