Outstanding small dehumidifier. But no warranty???
I selected this model because it was the smallest compressor-style dehumidifier I could find. I bought it for an off-grid RV (260 sqft) in Western Washington. This unit draws 210 watts, as compared to most units that draw 350 or more. Thermo-electric style dehumidifiers have been pretty much useless for me in this environment. This is somewhat of a specialty unit because for the same price, you can purchase a much larger unit with a bigger compressor. So right off the bat let me say, unless you are power or space constrained, you would probably do better with a bigger unit. That said, I *am* power constrained, and so far this unit has been perfect for me.It shipped from China from Oujing Electric, with a user manual that was photocopied and bound in a report folder. While written in broken English, it is very thorough, and so far everything in it is correct. Shipping time was a bit over a week, so I was pleased with that. It arrived well packaged, and in perfect condition. It has all the features you would expect from a compressor style dehumidifier. Digital controls, two fan speeds, programmable humidity level from 40% to 80% in 5% increments. It has a "Clothes Dry" setting that runs the compressor and fan on high continuously. I will be making use of that for sure. The air-intake has a removable, cleanable filter. It has an automatic defrost cycle. As expected from such a small unit, it has a tiny little reservoir. Only 1.5L. But it came with a drain hose for continuous use. Its small size allows it to sit nicely on my counter, so I can drain it into the sink. The drain hose does not connect to a garden hose. It's just a length of vinyl tubing. You could buy an adapter from Home Depot, I would think. When I first turned it on in my RV, it read 83%. My indoor/outdoor weather station reported the indoor humidity at 76%, about 12 feet away. I have no idea which is correct. It is much quieter than my 50 pint model in my house. After 2.5 hours, it read 72%, and my weather station read 64%, and it had collected a bit over 600cc of water. Temperature was 70 deg F (21 C). So this would be about 6 liters a day under the conditions in my RV. Not sure how that compares to their advertised performance, since they rate it a 86 deg F, and it is a lot cooler than that here. But I am happy with its performance. I will definitely be running it with the drain hose. The thing I can't review yet is long term reliability. I've never heard of Oulun. The manual includes no information on a warranty, and no contact information for a service center. This is troublesome to me. I have my fingers crossed that it remains problem free, because if it breaks, I have no idea where to take it for repair - it probably goes into the trash. If it breaks, I'll update this this review.I was all prepared to give this a 5 star rating because I just love it, and it seems perfect for my RV. But with no warranty and no service contact information, I don't feel like I can honestly give it the highest possible score. So, 4 stars. If Oujing Electric or Oulun read these reviews, I encourage them to respond regarding the warranty and where their US service centers are.

UPDATE: Leaking problem easily resolved.
I initially gave this one star because it was puddling water beneath it. I thought it was defective and requested a return. Seller got right back to me on the return the next day. (tho i didn't see it till today). I was using the drain hose rather than the tank. what I figured out, and today see that they wrote to tell me, is that the drain hose cannot tolerate having a dip in it. the machine relies on a little bit of air pressure to spit the moisture into the tank/tube. but it's not enough pressure to push water, it is ABSOLUTELY reliant upon gravity feed.. if a dip in the tube fills with water and air can't pass, the back pressure prevents it from spitting the water into the tube and it finds some other way out. i had to traverse a 3" threshold to get to a drain, so the tubing had a "saddle" that water could settle in, forming an air trap causing that fatal back pressure. THE SOLUTION IS SIMPLE. I grabbed a length of cheap rigid plastic pipe and slipped it over the tube so it can't sag, and voila it works like a charm. very, very pleased with the unit now. Seller was SO responsive they processed my refund promptly before I got back and saw their correspondence! Excellent seller response.all over the floor. READ the other 1 star reviews like i should have. more water leaks out of the bottom than exits the discharge pipe where it's supposed to go. having to mop up its mess every day was not part of the plan, and of course that evaporating puddle spikes humidity and kills its efficiency. i have requested a return, will amend to report whether seller is responsive.

Tiny House small, but sucks that darn water out of the air in good time!
Received my Eurgeen Dehumidifier via Amazon's amazing 2 day shipping. I immediately noticed excellent packaging (Styrofoam layer on EACH side) and plastic on top of unit. Neat laminated booklet on top of unit of directions. Took this little baby out of the small box and realized he's a pretty heavy little sucker. Not real heavy, just sturdy for his small dimensions, which I wanted. Have had a hard time locating a small compressor dehumidifier under 30 pints. There seems to be plenty of 30's out there, but then mostly tiny units that appear to be about the size of a shoe box if you want a smaller one. I tried one, but it was a total joke. You can run those babies day and night and a tiny bit of water might go into the reservoir but that is not what I want. I need a unit that takes a LOT of water out as quickly as possible, but in a very small space namely our new 23' travel trailer. I am not new to dehumidifiers. We have a 70, 50 and 30 pint in various rooms on our property here in the very damp coast of Oregon. They all work fantastic. So this one is now our smallest baby. Just as tall as the 30 pint by Arctic King, but smaller in width and depth, making it perfect for our trailer. What I know about it already? It is very quiet. Actually, so quiet that I can't believer it is a compressor unit. Even on high, it is much quieter than our other units. I like that it is portable. I have not attached the included hose yet, but have left the unit on for 3 hours when first got it, and humidity was at 78. It dropped it down to 52 within the 3 hours that I had the timer set for. It may have dropped the humidity down earlier but I didn't check it until later. I love the louvered top. Warm air comes out and supposedly you can dry things with it, well it works great just to warm up our trailer during these cold winter mornings too! I like also that it has a handle on top. Since I may bring it inside our house to try out in our small bathroom also.Bottom line so far? I really like it. Has all the necessary automatic switches on top that I needed and the water reservoir is much bigger than the tiny table top models that I just tried and just returned because I think they are a toy or just a joke. If you need a small space dehumidifier that takes the water out of the air quickly in a small area, then this Eurgeen unit might just be perfect for you. It took a lot of research to find this small compressor unit, but thanks to Amazon I got what I needed.
