Why Is the Statue of Liberty Green? (Cloverleaf Books ™ ― Our American Symbols)

My granddaughter really enjoyed reading this book.

My kids and I enjoyed this book overall, and loved the science experiment at the end, but there is one big problem - it states that the Statue of Liberty and its base together are over 3 football fields in length because they total over 300 feet. That’s approximately the length of ONE football field, not three. I can see how the author made an easy mistake - a football field is measured in yards, not feet, so 1 football field = 100 yards = 300 feet, the approximate height of the Statue of Liberty and its base. I hope this error gets corrected for books being printed in the future!
