This machine makes donuts the same thickness as the old Sunbeam mini donut maker. I've tried other brands and the donuts were the same diameter but the cups are shallower so the donuts come out skinny. This machine makes donuts that are more than a 1/2 inch thick, so nice and plump! Easy and non stick- it's the machine I've been looking for since my Sunbeam died!!!

I bought this mini donut machine for my nieces for Christmas, but ended up returning it since I had already bought them plenty of other gifts. The machine itself seems easy to use and is the perfect size for storing when not in use. However, I took off a star because the box arrived in poor condition, which was a bit disappointing. Despite that, it seems like a fun little gadget for anyone who loves making donuts at home!
