Replaced the well used Gel Batteries in my Pride Elite Traveller Plus a little over a week ago. When new, the Manufacture said the scooter could go 14 miles with the supplied batteries under ideal conditions (flat terrain) and with a normal sized rider (maybe a small woman). I kept a somewhat accurate log on milage for the past eight days and got 18 miles on a single charge. There was some juice left when I got home, but the battery indicator was down a couple of notches and I did not want to risk having to walk. It was not all flat terrain and wish I was a normal size for a man and 50lbs lighter. A 30% increase in range is not too shabby. So far so good. Fast shipping.

Purchased battery for small solar need. Tested for performance and capacity under minimal load, battery won't not accept a charge from initial testing. Seller refused to accept return or provide a refund. DON"T PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER - BUYER BEWARE!!!

I recently purchased two of these batteries. And I'm very disappointed to noticed after opening the package, where are the bolts that supposed to be screwed in the posts for the batteries to secure the negative and positive cables in place? On Amazon website you can clearly see the posts on the batteries. I find the advertisement to be very misleading. Now I will definitely have to pay more money to get the bolts that screws into the threaded posts ☹️ Update: 7/25/21 After I made contact with the company, I was assisted and helped with great Customer Service by Bryan. He and his co-workers went over and beyond in making sure that I got the screws that was needed! Which I got them on the 7/24/21 through the mail. Thanks Again to Bryan and his co-workers 😊 So my rating will change to 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Stars.

I have purchased 8 (4 sets of 2) of these and using them in 2P4S. They are a good value for the money, however the BMS does not do anything more than cut off the battery in case of overcharge. It does NO balancing or under voltage protection. I have experience problems with all of these.My system kept turning off and on. After I eliminated the PMMT charger and inverter, turned out to be batteries. I could see that each set is at a different voltage and no amount of experimenting would make them manually balance. I COULDN'T USE the recommended values (straight from seller and manufacturer) in order to get some stability. Some batteries would go way beyond the others in charging and kick off. A couple of batteries just got drained while in series/parrallel in other! Beyond regular charging. I purchased a Genie battery charger/recovery to restart it, as my return window had closed.My last efforts have been with battery balancers. Cheap ones failed and expensive ones require 3 sets and kick in at 27.3V only, which was less than the float voltage I had to use for statibilty. Chicken and egg.The BMS should have handled ALL of these. I am worried about the much larger project I have with the same seller (different/much larger batteries). At least I know to add the cost of 3 battery balancers to the project.

Connected to pure sine wave inverter and works great. .Battery was delivered in couple of days in excellent condition.

Battery failed to hold a charge at about 12 months. I cannot make contact with anyone to make a warranty claim. Poor customer support and quality for such an expensive battery!
