I’ve used this product for years. It is the best on the market. It totally allows me to climb stairs and walk with out any joint pain. I highly recommend it.

I love taking this product for aches and pains.. unlike Tylenol and Ibuprofen.. you don't have to worry about organ damage if you take too much. As far as I can tell this is one of the best prices for C3 curcumin - 1 pill is 1000mg so that makes it easy for folks who are high dosing curcumin as part of any integrative treatment plan. My better half mega doses this as part of his integrative treatment plan for cancer.(Usually 8 or more pills a day) He says on those days he has much less aches and pains too. I think AFI also has a supplement that includes Boswellia.. so if this does not help your pain.. consider giving that a try. Also try 1tsp of ground ginger a day.(cheap and easy to do but takes a while to work.)

My family doctor recommended curcumin to my husband and me, and he provides this brand at his cost ($18 in 2011) to his patients as it was apparently the one used in research studies. He told us the research shows it may help prevent alzheimer's, and also has cardiovascular benefits. He wants us to take it with Lovaza (prescription fish oil), as it helps the curcumin cross the blood brain barrier for full benefit. I've done additional research and found it is also an anti-inflammatory, and may inhibit tumor growth, among other benefits.

I suffered from pain from inflamation. I got tired of taking soooo much ibuprofen. I just wanted to try something else that would not destroy my liver, and stomach. I don't remember how I heard about the benefits of curcumin, but I was exicited to try it. I am glad that I did. I would rec to anyone with chronic pain.

I used to take Tylenol 3-5 nights a week for back muscle and joint pain. Now I am down to 2-3 times a month. I take it 2 times a day as recommended and it works great. If I have extra pain in a day I take an extra tablet at night and wake up feeling better.

Curcumin c3 is amazing product , I read a lot about this brand , remarkable amount of studies. I believe that taking studied dosage of curcumin is importsnt This product has good solid 1000mg of curcumin. It does not have turmeric powder so it’s real natural curcumin , good Value for money

Only on an after market sticker, and no where on the bottle does it say reduced oxalates .. which can cause kidney stones.
