Is there suports inside keeping the walls from pushing out once filled with dirt?

These will not let dirt push out . I've had mine several years and they are very sturdy .

I don’t understand these Screws/bolts.I can’t get them to go flush to the planter:

A 10mm socket wrench and electric screw driver should do the trick. The planter comes with "Lock Nuts / Stop Nuts" so to get them tightened all the way, an electric screw driver and 10mm socket wrench is ideal.
