M.2 2280 SSD Cooler Aluminium M.2 Heatsink Cooler with Silicone Thermal Pad for PC/PS5 (Grey)

I bought this for my Samsung 980 Pro M.2 SSD and it fit perfectly inside my PS5. I installed it and have had no issues so far. Great purchase for the price!

I bought a Samsung 980 SSD for my PS5 but I didn’t notice it didn’t come with a heat sink. Although they can function without one, I thought it would be important for the longevity of the SSD. This item was perfect! It comes with two types of thermal pads. Due to the thickness of the 980, I had to use two thin thermal pads. But the whole heat sink fit perfectly! I’ve used my ps5 everyday since and I haven’t had any issues. 5/5 item!

English directions would have been nice to have, I had to cut some of the adhesive to make a snug fit for a WD SN770 NVMe gen 4 (used for PS5) other than that it fit and we shall see how long it will last

Despite not coming with any instructions in English it was easy to install by following the instructions in the item listing images on Amazon (only the black version has the instructions). For my WD_Black SN770 I only needed one of each coloured thermal pads for a snug fit and it immediately reduced the running temperature from 49°C to 36°C which I'm more than happy with.

Had to file this heatsink down in order to screw in my SSD in the slot. Very low profile, which made this perfect for my application. Thermal pads came in two sizes, and assembling is a bit of a pain, since you have to slide in on top of sticky thermal pads. Overall it was perfect for my application.

Worked great for my new PC build. One thing I would recommend is to slide the top piece on to the nvme. Please don't try and snap it together. I read that others went that route and ruined their nvme.

I bought this to use with my 980 Pro 1TB for my PS5. It’s great but it doesn’t have the braces or bands to secure the heatsink on top of the SSD. It does come with thermal pads (two types) it also snaps into place really nicely with the SSD but as I said.. it would still have been nice to have something to keep it held down just in case. Regardless it works great on my PS5 and I’m more than happy!!

Eingebaut an einer Crucial 2T P5.Und passt auch perfekt in mein Laptop Asus Rog Strix, ohne irgend was zu berühren.

si monta facilmente e disperde bene il calore, la qualità è ottima
