A friend recommended this as a better alternative to glucosamine. We have been using for a few weeks, but we do not have regular inflammation issues to tell if it is better. Good quality packaging, all pills intact.

I have struggled with rheumatoid arthritis for nearly two decades. The pharmaceuticals offered by western medicine have proven to be as debilitating as the disease. The side effects decreased my immunity and I was hospitalized with pneumonia and cellulitis. The specialists were only able to get it under control by taking me off my RA medications. My skin no longer peels, the boils have gone away and my hair seems to be filling in. I no longer am fearful of the side effects of the over the counter pain relievers.Try it. I liked that it's only Boswellia and no filler or additives (just the basic); no GMO and that it is vegan etc. The dosage is just right, in one capsule daily. I can smell the unmistaken wonderful scent of Frankincense. I take it for R/A and I am sure it is helping in the healing process.

Great item

I take one capsule a day for minor joint pain. It helps somewhat but not as to give complete relief. I tried taking 2 capsules but it was too much for me. It was not a very good feeling, stomach wise.
