Floss not as hoped
No fault of the supplier but this DMC floss is not a cohesive workable unity. The various strands that make it up are not wound in a way that the floss stays together. The multi-strand product immediately loosens into single strands which makes it very hard to work with. The color was fine but the lack of cohesion is a problem. I addressed it by coating the first few inches with a very light coating of Aleens Tacky Glue which kept the strands of the floss from coming completely apart as I used it. I have had metallic floss in the past that was structurally different and held together beautifully.
