Biggest upgrade: screen. Watch looks much more contemporary now with the all screen display. Crisp and clear.I was a bit skeptical of the absence of a home button but it isn't inconvenient without it. Always on display with the amoled screen would have been amazing! It's almost the perfect all round fitness band that is available today.Battery performance:I am using the following features and battery drains at about 9-10% per day1. heart rate monitoring every 1 min2. Stress monitoring per 5 min3. Treadmill Workout tracking for 25 mins4. No lift to wake (using swipe to wake)5. No sleep monitoring6. No call/notification7. Occasionally the breathing app.So the Battery should last for 8-9 days on this usage

It is a feature rich fitness band and is value for money. Its interface is easy to use including its app. Screen is bright, accuracy is acceptable, Battery like is good also. But its strap looks very cheap, and it doesn't have contineous heart-rate monitor, minimum we can set is once per minute which reduces battery like to the half, that is only drawback.

I am a big fan of Mi bands. I have recently bought band 6 after using band 2 and band 5. The product is totally awesome and worth buying.Pros:1. Accurate step counter2. Accurate heartrate counter. It continuously measures HR in the activity mode and also as per the time intervals set by you.3. SpO2 tracking is also almost accurate. Gives an error of +/-1.4. The best thing in the watch from band 5 is its display. The display is 1.56" full screen AMOLED giving very crisp and sharp colors as well as pixel density is high.5. There are hundreds of watch faces you can select through MI app. Also you can use 3rd party app for other faces. You can customize existing ones. 4 faces can be selected and saved in watch memory in addition to preset 2 faces.6. Weight is another best thing about MI bands. It weighs only 12 grams with the strap. Feels like nothing on your wrist.7. Completely waterproof, so you don't have to worry about shower and swimming.8. There are numerous settings and customizations available in the app.9. The health tracking statistics have no comparison in the market. Each and every details are given in the app as well as watch.10.It can be used to find phone as well as the phone can be used tofind the watch/band.11. Sleep tracker is also 90% accurate.12. In the past, I have used the original Mi Band (1), Mi Band 2, Mi Band 3 and Mi Band 4.For my 70th birthday last year my children presented me with a Fitbit Versa 3 (https://www.amazon.in/Fitbit-Fitness-Smartwatch-Battery-Included/dp/B08DFPV5Y2).As the Fitbit battery is getting weak and results are not reliable, I thought of going back to Mi Band which is much cheaper compared to a Fitbit.I would have preferred to buy a Mi Band 7, but it was not readily available and had to be imported.So I chose the next option, the Mi Band 6.I ordered the product on 22nd November morning and I received the product the same evening under some sort of same day delivery. When I received the product, the battery was in a totally discharged condition. It charged once and that night itself it totally discharged and would not charge again.So I asked for a replacement product and the replaced product came to me on 25th November. The battery could charge and I had set very aggressive settings for heart rate monitoring and sleep detection. I had to charge it two times in the same night as the battery could not keep charge.Later on, I gradually relaxed the aggressive setting and even then it would not last 24 hours.Then I did a factory reset of the device and left all settings to the default value. With these settings, the battery does not keep the charge even for two days.This product was first available in Amazon India on 29th April 2021. I suspect that because of the long time the product has been on the shelf; It has completely discharged the batteries.The battery is supposed to last for 14 days, and I remember from my earlier Mi bands experience they had a good battery life. This product should not have been for sale in the first place because they are defective. The time for me to claim a refund has expired and I am now stuck with this dud piece.Today I see that in Amazon this product is "currently unavailable".

The media could not be loaded. I highly recommend this band to everyone after using it long time.Please see my review on the basis of my uses-Pros-Battery Backup- I found its battery stands more than 10 days in and almost all functions were running during these days.Durability- Its band and strap quality is really so strong and durable. You can feel it only in your handMobile app- Its mobile app is really very convenient and have too many options to customise band feature and track your activity.Best band and app features- If you are having phone call than you can receive/reject call from band directly.You can read your msgs on band display of whatsapp also.You can change your music track from band display.Charging time- It gets fully charged in almost 1 hours from 10-100 percentage.Water resistant- Its best feature is water resistant. I have tried it in rain also and nothing happened thanks to developers for this feature.Cons-I tried to find its display protection screen guard but it is not available in market.Screen guard which are available in mkt are not durable.Xiaomi should also provide screen guard for this band.

Battery backup is very low, need to charge every two days, not Stasified.
