Can you wear this to sleep to monitor HRV?

I haven’t don’t this but I’m guessing you can if you pair it to your phone health app. I don’t know what calculations it would do for variability but it should monitor your heart rate. I use a Fitbit to monitor my sleep.

When Led transfer into GREEN, your heart rate should catch 60-70% of MAX, and you are in Fat Burning. And YELLOW is 70-80% of MAX, you are in Aerobic Endurance. Purple color is 80-90%, you are in Strength Building. and the last phase is RED,you are in MAX heart rate and Anaerobic Endurance you are.
