Love this cooktop. I bought this for my Tiny Home on wheels. Arrived in good shape and shipped timely. The induction cooktop is perfect for the small space in the kitchen area. The fan prevents overheating. The fan is audible but not a problem. It is easy to use with metal pans as advertised and its very energy efficient. The price is great and so useful for smaller spaces. It works well on a flat surface. I added a thermal sheet underneath since it’s on a wood counter but haven’t found it overly hot. It is super easy to use and heats up really fast!!When we first used the cooktop it seemed one burner was a bit glitchy but then when I had full-time tenants the one burner side didn’t work at all. We did our best to try to reset it but when it didn’t work I reached out to customer service for tips or repair recommendations as I didn't expect a replacement since the return time expired. But instead said it was a failure in the board and would send a replacement right away. Excellent customer service!! Excellent product! I would highly recommend this product and AMZCHEF!Update on the replacememt - it was here so quickly and tried it right away. I now know how a working one works. It worked perfectly, both burners at the same time, and so easy to use. THANK YOU AMZCHEF! great produce and amazing service!

Love It, heats quickly! Easy to use and clean a little loud because of the fan. But nothing you can't live with. Would recommend for the price.

We originally purchased a stovetop from a different company but it would not work in our RV due to power issues. Amzchef fit perfectly in my RV with zero power issues. It heats up very fast and works great. I was pleasantly surprised on how quiet the stovetop actually is.The costumer service is awesome. Unfortunately a cup fell out of cupboard cracking the glass. I knew I was out of warranty and this was entirely my fault. I contacted them and asked about paying for a repair. They apologized and offered to send me a replacement at no cost. What?!! That is amazing. I can't recommend this company enough! I give it 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 !

Got it "used, like new" and it's completely defective. Does not detect stainless steel pans or pots (that are in fact magnetic) OR cast iron. Keeps throwing error code E0 and automatically shutting off. Just lost that money and never got to even use it. It also has a crack on the surface.

We brought the first induction cooker and after 3 months use, it was the best way to cook. The left side stop working and we tried to ask Amazon for help and got nowhere. So we contacted the company and have been staisfy with their response and help. Amzchef is a company that I would like to buy more later as their service and support is better than companies that make delays and support, but we found that Amzchef goes beyond for service.We are seniors, over 75 years old, and this is something that we like in a company. We giving them 5 stars.

The delivery is so good! And the product is very good. I can have hot-pot at home! Awesome!
