I don't know what happened today, but upon arrival the outside of the bottle was sticky so I immediately rinsed it off before removing the screw top lid only to discover that the seal had already been broken plus there were bubbles in the bottle many of them. I purchased a 64oz bottle of cocamidopropyl betaine. Don't let it happen again! I'm going to have to discard the whole damn bottle and repurchase because I can't trust the contents due to it arriving with the safety seal completely compromised.
