ZWILLING J.A. Henckels Santoku Knife

This knife feels good in my hand (and my wife's - try to find a knife to fit both hands). It takes an edge with the lightest of honing. And it keeps that edge. This is a fine knife. I expect to cook more just to have an excuse to use the thing.
