Very happy. Good quality. Inexpensive. I use about 6oz of milk for latte and that lines up well with the bottom of the spout so it is easy to always get the right amount of milk. Definitely like the metal pitcher for being able to feel the heat in the steam to know when to stop steaming.

This worked great on my gas stove!! It warmed up my milk quickly without any marks left behind on it. At first, the 12oz I purchased looked sooo small, but it actually holds a lot of milk lol. Milk tasted great too.

It is as advertised except there was no "latte pen" included even though I had ordered it with one.
