Being bulky would be the last thing on your mind. Try taking this twice daily for 2 weeks. Morning and night before bed. Also, watch your diet and try to have at least 5 to 6 meals including the Carnivor.

how many cup are one scoop because my bottle dont have it?

The bottle says 4 scoops per serving. I only use 2 scoops with 2% milk and it last me 30 days doing it that way which is plenty! If your didn't come with the scoop I would only use one large cup, that will equal 2 scoops. Even with 2 scoops and looking to build mass this is the stuff! There is nothing better than this product! Period. I have tried everything in the last 20 years on and off and just in the last 6 months only working out 3 days a week I got people telling me I look like I'm about to pop. Never before with any other product could I build up mass. Now I'm slowing down and working out with lighter weight. How does this compare to muscle tech's beef protein? more strength for workouts?, better results / gains?, better taste?

I take this after every workout, It helps out with recovery and muscle gain. As for the taste ,it tastes much better then any protein powder I tried. Gains are up but I suggest a preworkout for strength.

I like to shortly after. Normally within 5-10 minutes. When my stomach feels ready and my HR is back to normal
