Q: Is the hat made in a way that allows the built in goggles to fit over prescription glasses?

The goggle lenses are big enough that they fit over most glasses, I wear glasses and these fit over them fine. Pro tip,dab some hand soap or shaving cream inside the lenses and wipe it off so they don't fog up.

Q: Do they come in kids size?

No they don't but it will fit older kids. I wouldn't try with anyone under 12.

Q: Are the lenses removable ?

Mine fell off when I first got it and never worn it. And no, they are not removable. At least mot supposed to.
