Q: how often do i use this product?

I use it every year or two on my fruit trees and shrubs. I apply to the drip line to inoculate newer roots. At time of planting, I use the granular product. The WP product should be watered into the root zone. Heavier watering at time of planting may wash it beneath the root zone.

Q: will using synthetic fertilizers affect the performance?

You can use with any nutrients. Synthetic or organic. But don't let it sit in a res too long if using tap water. Water it in right away if so.

Q: is there really 2.2lb of product because shipping info said there was 1.4lb of product? How far will this go? I can't find a label or directions
