Great source of iodine, very tasty, great value for the volume. I love it tossed in salads, soups and mixed with rice dishes. 😋

It's tasty, nourishing, and reasonably priced. Much more palatable than kelp powder.

This is my favorite soup ingredient! I have a searched multiple stores for decent seaweed and come up empty, or had to settle for a very tiny bag at twice the cost of this of a seaweed that was too chewy really to enjoy. Dulse flakes are my favorite seaweed outside of nori sheets wrapped around futumnaki sushi rolls because they are tender and they hydrate so quickly and soup and really give a nice flavor. I've read about the health benefits of seaweed, including a natural source of iodine, so this is great to have on hand for when I can't find iodized sea salt.

I put this on my cod halfway through broiling..it was so delicious it enhanced the fish so well I actually forgot to squeeze my lemon..and I’m all about lots of lemon with my fish..this dulse is AWEDINE 😎

Dulse is a very important player for removing Heavy toxic metals from the body especially the brain. Atlantic dulse is the most beneficial and I used it in the HMDS when I was detoxing following Anthony William’s directions. (HMDS=heavy metal detox smoothie)
