Was ok. Though I did not see the pandora brand name engraved in the charm like the rest I bought at the pandora store. I doubt it's the real deal

Not what I expected! The charm itself is, but the packaging is basic at best! Not nearly good enough to preset this as a gift! Looks like it’s cheap when it’s not. Am I supposed to put the tiny charm is this box with nothing else? Not impressed and won’t be buying from this vendor again! The only reason I’m giving it 3stars is because the charm itself is good.

This is not what I expect from a company such as Pandora when I’ve paid the sort of money I’ve paid I expect at least the courtesy of a box even a cheap plastic one not just a plastic bag in an envelope from Amazon utterly unacceptable

This was a special gift and I was delighted to find I could buy and gift it on Amazon at a better price than on the product site.. It was processed and delivered promptly. The recipient was beyond surprised and delighted with the package/gift.

Not impressed by quality. It looks like cheap tat and not what I would expect from Pandora.It has made in Thailand on the plastic bag that contains the charm and made in China on the dreadful tiny cardboard box.I feel embarrassed to give this to my sister but as we're on lockdown I can't get to any Pandora stores .Avoid at all costs.
