Down: wheels is not rolling smoothly, max height is still low, bit shaky and seat foam is low quality that i need to buy a memory foam to put on top of it. Staff who will assemble the product arrived before the item and rescheduled it on the next 7days. And so I did DIY since I need it urgently.It will damaged easily. Better to buy good quality chair. Not recommended. I will return mine.Well, Not bad for the price, but if you are looking for comfort, better to invest to the pricy but quality chairs.

Broke after 1 month
This seemed like a good deal but the quality is actually poor. After just a few weeks, as I was leaning back in the chair casually, one side snapped and I tumbled backward onto the floor in the most embarrassing fashion. Luckily, I didn't get hurt. Sadly, I can't return the faulty product as it appears I'm past the deadline but I thought I'd at least warn anyone else considering the item. Classic case of "You get what you pay for", I suppose.

I'm returning the item.The screws holes don't align.You need to put real pressure but then there's a risk of breaking it.The wheel base packs density and could break.There are scratches on the seats and scuffs on the fabrics
