This is a very useful tool. I have an old Magura hydraulic brake setup and this worked flawlessly. I used it on my newer Shimano brakes as well. Very pleased.

Get what you pay for! If you can accomplish the bleeding in one or two quick attempts (learning curve) this item is perfect. However, the longer it takes; all fittings gets fluided (slipping off) causing chaos trying to keep pressure.

Works good for occasional use . would buy metal parts next Tims.

I was surprised at the success I had reviving the brakes by bleeding the system after watching a few Youtube videos and using this kit.

The difference in thread size between the adapters is difficult to distinguish with the naked eye. While I managed to get it right, it would be very easy to strip the threads if you’re not careful. You have to rely on feel and take your time to avoid issues.That said, once I identified the correct adapters, the product worked well. I was able to bleed both the front and rear brakes without much trouble. The concept is solid, but I recommend spending the extra money on the upgraded metal kit for added durability.

Worked great in bleeding my brakes. However, the kit lacks all the connector pairs. I'm using Hayes Dominion breaks and I could barely connect the two syringes. Also, the clear tubes are short. I'm just happy the kit was sufficient for my task.
