Handisure has been a game changer for us. Installing them was super easy and they blend in nicely unlike most other child safety products, which look slightly out of place. In terms of how it works, we haven’t worried about a door slam in a while now, which means they are doing their job very well. Plus, I think they drove a bus over it in the video and it survived, so you know they're not messing around. And the best part? Installing them is a breeze, and they blend right in with your home. Seriously, as a parent, it's a relief knowing these guards have got your back.

Nice product - so easy to install and works great. I've got the foam door stoppers on my doors currently but my toddler seems to be drawn to putting her fingers through the hinge side of the door and it terrifies me thinking what could happen, so that this prevents accidents on both sides is a great peace of mind.Nearly £20 for one door stopper does seem very expensive however, especially when most people have more than one door they'd like to cover!

I am a paranoid mum when it comes to safety. I don’t take chances as it is not worth it. Recently a friend’s son got his finger trapped in a door, when his elder sister accidentally closed the door. He had to have surgery. This was so awful. Ever since this incident I feared for the safety of fingers of my kids. I was fascinated when I saw this at a friend’s place, who highly recommended it to me. I bought it without any hesitation. It is a bit on the pricey side, but fully worth for what it offers in return.What like most about it is that it jams the door every time the door is opened – without fail. And no one can accidentally close a door on a finger. It is such a simple but an amazing product, which is so easy to fix without any screwing etc. Instructions are spot on in the leaflet, but anyone can manage with even with the bit on the packaging. I even took it with us to my parents’ house. It fitted the doors without any problem.

It damaged my door by slowly yanking out the hinges now the doors doesn’t close properly.

Unfortunately no way this could be made to fit our door - I can’t even see how it would work - so had to return

This really surprised me. I had pretty much tried everything else I could find from the classic floor doorstop to pinch guards until a friend told me about this. Honestly I've had no problems with it so far. You do need to rememeber not to force your door shut when it's still in place, but it works like a charm! I'll be buying a few more for the other doors at home. Strongly recommend these - was a good buy!

If you’ve got a little kid and you want an easy and reliable way to keep them safe around doors, get this! This product is wonderful and works perfectly as mentioned in the advert. We were trying out new baby safety stuff and found this awesome little device that totally blew our safety expectations.If your doors have been installed a while ago it is worth checking the screws. They have provided free screws and I just replaced the old ones with the new ones. I was surprised to see how short the old ones were and I'm glad to replace with stronger screws. Its easy to replace the screws than to run to a hospital with an injured kid, I think.Putting it in was really simple. Then it works like a charm on its own. Seriously, it's one of the best child safety things we've seen so far. We want to get it for all our doors. Yeah, it might be a bit pricier, but the fact that it replaces two or may be threes devices, this ends up being cheaper. And it feels like it will last quite a long time. Top quality stuff!

I have used many door safety gadgets in the past but this by far the best. It is very easy to set up and works really well and protects the hinge side as well which most other door guards don't cover. Very good quality and seems like it will last many years. Fully worth the price.It is a must have baby proofing gadget when kids are running around.

This was working well until my two year old pushed hard on the door and pulled the hinges out of the wall breaking the whole door!! Return options just tell me to troubleshoot, which is not helpful. I'm disappointed that it didn't work out.

The media could not be loaded.  I trapped my finger in a door when I was a kid and still remember the how painful it was so needed something reliable.I was a bit sceptical after reading the negative review. So, I bought only two in the first instance just to see how it works. This works wonderfully well.In plain language, if your doors are wobbly and your kids slam doors, buy a much more expensive door closer as well so that your kids cannot slam the doors and that your doors are protected. But if you really want to protect your kid’s hands, handisure is the product and for me I don’t care about the door as long as my kids are safe. Check the images and description of the product which are very clear. The description clearly states not to put force on the door. So, you need to decide what is more important. Your doors or your kids’ hands.Any hinge door stopper by its mechanism will put force on the hinge. But just to be sure, I put a good amount of pressure on the door and had no problem. It is down to the door and how it is installed and not the product.To save myself a long description, please read the listing. It is very clear and offers everything described. It a combination of a lot of products, very simple and very well made. I definitely recommend this to parents with kids.Thanks

I bought this as I have 2 toddlers at home and we leave the front door open and our security gate shut. This definitely has stopped them from closing the door on their own or each other's fingers. I like how it protects from both sides of the door. The only issue and it may be our door is super old but we've noticed if you forget that it's their and really try to shut the door it messed up the alignment of our door. It was easy to fix but having guests over, they aren't used to it and really try to close the door when they can't.
