These work very well with my Mophie iPhone 6 case. Just the smallest bit sticks out of that case and I feel that I could pull a little bit too much on the cable, rather than the plug body, something I wish to avoid. That said, if it were longer, it would protrude too far. All in all good balance. It does what I wanted.

use as an extension for use with battery pack phone cover- these are surprisingly sturdy and do a great job

I bought these to be able to use with the iPhone cover with battery built in. This head of this product is no longer than a typical headset plug so it doesn't sit solidly in the phone jack with the cover on. This means that music starts playing at random moments and phone calls get cut off all the time because the plug doesn't reach in far enough.

Great product! I keep it plugged into​ my music player so that I don't mess up the 3.5mm headphone jack over time by constantly plugging and unplugging it into earphones, headphones, and car auxiliary cords. I've messed up the 3.5mm headphone jack on music players in the past by doing this and this product prevents that from happening so you're not stuck listening to your music through one ear or speaker.

I use these in my iPods. I found myself changing headphones in my iPods a lot and was messing up the iPod connection over time. I started using adaptors. I leave them always connected in my iPods now. Originally I used a different style, but I like these best and would recommend them.

These come in handy for using with a Morphie product. One of them I purchased earlier had a short in it and the cable quit working. I keep them in the plastic pouch because they can easily be misplaced. Work great!!!
