The photos were not really what mine looked like. Some people have posted pictures and it looks like it does in the description but the one I got was mostly empty of gel so even though it heated up and could have been perfect, it turned cold quickly. I found other heated wraps to be a better use of money.

I bought this because I have osteoarthritis in my right thumb. It fits well. However, it only stays cold enough to actually provide benefit about 5 minutes. There isn't a lot of gel in it (half of less than what it appears in the pictures) but a lot of air.I gave it two stars because of the fit and because the straps are long enough I am going to try to put a small ice pack under it and use this to hold it in place.

Was so excited to get what was supposed to be a great item that I really needed. I suppose I must have been hoping for some Magical compartments of hot/cold gel that I could freeze and use for a little while. In reality, it was a thin sheet of some type of silicone/rubber that did NOT have the capacity to hold COLD for ANY amount of time:( Useless unless you just want to drain your wallet.
