This is not to defame the product, but to save time and effort for those who are truly struggling with hair loss or hair fall. I used 2.5 boxes of this so far, and unfortunately, it did not help me in any way. To me, it felt more like consuming a sugar strip or candy rather than a solution for hair fall. Instead of spending more on this, I would strongly suggest visiting a dermatologist who can provide an actual treatment plan that delivers real results. Just started today will update effects later in 2 months or so. Tasted great. Strips were broken but didn’t matter so just be aware when opening packet.

I’m still on my first box and will follow up on an additional comment after I finish my second order. I just don’t like the after taste it leaves in my mouth from the artificial sweetener but I usually dislike artificial sweeteners and is why I don’t like sugar-free drinks. It doesn’t last long and this makes it tolerable for me to continue using it. If it helps my hair loss the after taste is worth it.

I’m not sure if these are old or something but it has that cupboard taste not good I just hope they are still potent enough to be useful
