Very relaxing and good at releasing tension after a long day at work, rolls up and fits in carrying bag. No issues so far.

Thinner than expected but does the job and cheap

Psychological or not, I have found this mat does help. It won't cure the arthritis in my back but does have a positive effect on coping with it. I watched a television presentation and decided to have a go myself. The spikes are uncomfortable at first but after a short time, I found I could relax properly and let the prickly bits do their job -rather like acupuncture but without piercing the skin. I use the mat just before going to bed and have found it does help me get a better night's sleep. The nights I haven't used it have not been so good. It does take some getting used to but with perseverance I have found some measure of relief. Am pleased I decided to give it a try.

Seems fine I keep falling asleep when in it.

At first it feels uncomfortable to lay on, but persevering with it has helped to reduce and relieve neck, shoulder, and lower back pain. I use it for 20 - 30 minutes before going to bed. For the price I definitely recommend trying it!
