I only received two "belts": the short one with buttons and long one with hooks. It's 4 in the picture with two long and two short ones. The hooks are too big for my office slacks and it doesn't work. So now I'm only stuck with the short one with button which I won't be able to use in few weeks. Definitely not worth your money. Go for the belly band. Feels and works better.

These worked wonderfully! I'm a tee shirt and jeans girl and these are perfect for this. The slide closures for dress pants is also extremely helpful for me, as I work in an office setting. With long tees and tanks so readily available these days, covering up a half open fly is easy! I gave these extenders 4 stars because I'm only halfway through the pregnancy and have yet to see how far they will go.

I disappointed that the claps didn't fit a lot of my dress pants which have double fasteners also the actual fabric strip is super thick so you look like you're wearing a huge belt buckle under your shirt. This is already in the box waiting to be returned. I'll stick with the Bellaband for now.

Works perfect. However I don't think I can use the larger ones as my belly is very small due to my frame I had needed an in-between the small and the large.

Thought these had the fabric attached like the picture but they don't. Still work just have to use a belly band and long shirt so people can't tell my pants are open.
