Amazing book not only for executives getting into new role but even for a professional starting a new business or even for freshers. I think this is one of the best books that helps you chart a systematic approach to professional life.

I bought quite a few of books on this topic, and must admit I didn't finish this one. The language is convoluted, it feels pretentious and way too "coachy" for me (and I've done training as a coach, so that should say something).

Really helpful prompt about the first hundred days in a new senior management role including preparing your plan , your personal fitness and mental capacity and even your home life - ensuring your cheerleaders are in place and up for the challenge .

Nice read and a great refresher to get your mind thinking.

I have found the book useful to list things which should be done and AVOID when you start a new job. Few examples bring also inspiration how to face particular situations. Good to read in any case for Executives starting a new job
