Overall the band is good. I like that it wraps around multiple times. My only issue is sometimes it shifts while moving or sitting & has to be re wrapped. I’ll give it a 4.

This was not what I was expecting, the material is very different from that of the other waist wraps identical to this one, where it’s mostly polyester and latex. This one kind of is stiff like and move across your body ungracefully. It does not wrap as many times as the other, it’s brief wrapping but stiff and uncomfortable like, a swishing gesture when you walk. Doesn’t conform to the body so apparent that are wearing something, does hold you in, but it will be an uncomfortable conforming hold. I grabbed it to have a back up to my other two when they weren’t available or were dirty but this one was not a stand to be similar to the other two I have from another company

This band fits snugly around my body! As A plus size woman that was my top concern! The Velcro did not come undone when I sat down!! I used abolene and the way I sweated with this band on!! Excellent!! It could double as a back brace and I was able too put it on and adjust the band myself!! Full Coverage band for the plus size ladies and you definitely will be Sweating!!

Don’t get me wrong it’s a Great & Comfortable Wrap Bandage. It’s very Strong & durable & it REALLY DID snatch My Waist! Lol… I ordered an XL (I wear a size 11-13 if that helps with trying to decide what’s Best for you!) On another note, I AGREE 100% with some of the other Ladies in the previous reviews… “It DOES smell like VINEGAR” when you first open it to try it on… (WHYYY, IDK) lol 😂 Sooo, I would suggest you “Hand Wash” it & let it AIR DRY. Also, if you have SENSITIVE SKIN I would suggest you wear it on top of your clothing…. “I” for example wore a thin spaghetti strap shirt. It’s discreet under certain dresses that aren’t too tight & fits perfectly in jeans without the “BULGE & BULKY” look! Hope this helps, I’d buy it again…💯

It's an okay belt. I like that it helps my back pain slightly. One size isn't really for everyone. There should be different sizes for different body types. It does come with a strong scent so be sure to hand wash and air dry it or you have that strong smell from packaging on it. Overall, I use it for my workouts but not to wear under clothes.
