A complete waste of money
This product does not come with a guide on how they work.Although there is a percentage breakdown on the pack, for the average person it's not sufficient detail.If you think you can just buy these and they'll start to work their magic ........ think again.The Dragons Den video states no change to diet necessary, pop a tablet and it works on your fat while you sleep ..... WRONG!! I've spent over ÂŁ200 on something that does not do what it claims to.You're better off spending the money on a weeks worth of fruit and veg.
