I really like the armhoops..I do it for 2 minutes at a time..it is surprising how tired your arms get ..but is beneficial....

These are comfortable and a good weight. = Great quality. They were easy to use with my right arm, but on the left they flop around and I have not been able to find a rhythm. An easy addition to home exercise equiptment that won't take much room.
