Mmmm... Delicious!!! Injected a to be - Oven Roasted Whole Chicken ....Wow! the fragrance draws you in - then the Flavor is remarkable! The Skin that was caramelized was unbelievable good - I found myself "Tasting" it and couldn't stop eating it, just kept chewing and chewing savoring every moment and then realized I had eaten the skin! . .... mmmmmm. Didn't care for the skin on the underside of the Bird though, needs the carmelization - But the Top was Great. !!My husband injected it and didn't know to use the included "Rub", but he always smears the Marinades all over the Bird once he has Injected it good. So we will just have to do it again, but next time do both . Ah.. Torcher me, Torcher me... Not a Meal I will forget. Hubby won lots of Brownie points with this one !!I absolutely Recommend it!! Especially if you are an open minded person and like trying different things. Just thinking about it makes me want to pull the leftovers out of the freezer and have a snack ...mmmm. Hubby didn't care for it as much as I obviously did and gave me the leftovers - I Didn't Mind At All !!! mmm.I wonder what it would taste good injected in? Any Ideas? What meat goes well with Rum? There is still plenty marinade left, and I don't want to waste a Drop!

This was my first time injecting a bird so I was a bit nervous. The morning of Thanksgiving, about an hour before cooking the bird, I injected the legs and wings of the bird. Needless to say, I received tons of compliments. Next year, I will inject the entire bird. So fun!

We use this in a deep-fried turkey, and while it definitely left the flavor and was easy to use, I would not recommend it for a turkey. Not sure what it would be good in, but the flavors didn’t mesh very well together. Has kind of a dessert flavor to it. Again, the flavor was good just maybe not in the turkey.
