This product works well if you don't follow the instructions. When I first used it it left my hair needing a wash. Was ready to throw it away, but being desperate used it again and found that if I teased my own hair with my own comb and then, very lightly, teased each section only once or twice with the styler it worked so much better. The most unsatisfactory part is the inability to order refills, so I bought another comb and am in the process now of trying to replicate the bar refill with beeswax!

Contrary at what you think that this brush has been designed in a way that interlocks your hair into naturally create more fullness, what you get is a nightmare!I bought mine to surprise everybody on Christmas Eve wearing this beautiful mane on my head!The brush don’t do anything. It all lies in a piece of sticky material that smells like camphor and you have to places inside the brush.To make the king story short and after following instructions to the t, I ended up with a sticky, untouchable hair and smelling like the salts my grandpa used!As if it is not hectic enough, Christmas Eve and back to the shower again wash hair thoroughly, blow dry and wear it on a bun or such, cause there isn’t any salon opened to help you!!!Waste of money and waste of quality time with your family in such a day!Don’t you make the same mistake! Don’t buy this brush with the scent from the pit!

I liked that when I teased my hair it held in place most of the day. My hair is fine & stringy. If too much is used, it leaves an oily look in your hair.

My hair is short and thin and I felt like I was pulling more hair out. I gave it to my daughter who has longer thicker hair and she likes it. It smells nice and the quality of the item is good.

Being that I'm always looking for ways to get some volume out of my fine, thin hair I requested this brush from Vine and here we are. This review is for: Ontel Stunning Volume Styler Volumizing Hair Brush.I tried this brush several different times and each time I was unhappy with the results. The brush comes with a "beauty bar." What's that, you say? That's what I said too. I inserted the waxy-greasy beauty bar and attempted to back comb my hair. It was a nightmare. It left my hair a tangled, greasy mess.I have tried it again several times and I just can't accomplish any volume whatsoever. I also don't like the idea of having to buy beauty bar refills. I think if a product is going to require refills of anything at any point, it should be mentioned in the product information. Lastly, where do you get the beauty bar refills, because I don't see them here on Amazon? I guess it doesn't matter, because I won't be needing them anyway. This brush did not work for me at all and I cannot recommend it.

I live this styler! It works great if you don’t overdue as it has coconut oil. It smells great!I have fine ,thin hair. It adds volume and control. I have bought several and give as gifts.
