EVOO in a dressing
I appreciate the seller sending a note regarding the olive oil; I had no issues with delivery and I bought it due to its high polyphenol levels which is healthier to use. So far I've used in a salad dressing recipe using a whole navel orange with white balsamic !vinegar and a little honey. It was delicious! The olive oil is wonderful!

This is my first review of this olive oil. First things first..., It's pricey...! Let's face facts...., good things cost money...! If your willing to spend a one-time shot for excellent tastes and high quality oil ....this is it..! I tryed this oil two ways. Just a lettes and tomato salid...., excellent flavor...! Pinch of Salt & pepper... OUTSTANDING..! Flavor... Just a hint of spice on the back of your toung....., not over powering...., Secondly, I tryed this oil with Tuna fish ( Natural Catch Tuna ). And lettes and tomato .....possatiely (sp)... OUTSTANDING flavor.!!! If your looking for excellent tastes and flavor.... This is it..! I know it is expensive, but it is a one time.... Shot..! Go For It.! You will NOT regret it.... Use it sparing ly....sign: LML.

Awful taste, it better be good for me!
Tastes a LOT worse than expected, at first I suspected it had gone bad. I didn't take all the reviewers who made this claim seriously - wrong. It's borderline nasty. I love olive oil, this is nothing like regular olive oil, I would never consider putting this on or in food, yuck. I've taken it a couple weeks, no idea if it does anything positive for me but at 74 and in very good health, I am giving it a try just out of curiosity. Probably won't bother to buy more.
