I had an issue with the first netipot and called the supplier who were very helpful and organised a replacement which was sent out and received without issues. It's how companies deal with problems which shows good customer service and in this case the company excelled .

Hand-wash only, BUT cute and useful
This little neti pot is super nice and beautiful. The only downgrade is that the box says that is not dishwasher safe (hand-wash only). This is a pain, but let's keep it clean!

Lovely ceramic pot - nicely made and cleaner than plastic ones
Excellent value and service - I am very happy with this pot. I had a plastic one before but was concerned about hygeine as plastic can harbour bacteria. This one is well made and the shape/size is perfect for me. I recommend this item!

I’ve had a plastic one for years and upgraded to this after I melted the shape of it with hot water. This is far superior. Get one. ☝️
